Workshop Rental

The SCRAP workshop is a space available for individuals and families to use free of charge. Come work on your crafty project and enjoy access to a variety of our workshop tools, creative reuse ideas, and resource books. Find any additional supplies you need in the SCRAP store. Please be sure to sign in at the register before using the workshop space and pay for your SCRAP materials before beginning your project. Workshop use is limited to two hours per visit.

  • Cutters and cutting mats
  • Die-cutting machine
  • Rubber stamps
  • Crafty hole punches
  • Stencils and rulers
  • Rulers and t-squares
  • Regular and crafty scissors
  • Markers, pencils, and pens
  • Adhesives
  • Hammers and other adult tools
  • Sewing machines

Availability and reservations

The workshop space is available on a first come, first served basis provided there are no reservations or events already scheduled in the workshop, such as Camp SCRAP or birthday parties. Call 503-294-0769 x1 or see our calendar of events before visiting to make sure it is available.

If you would like to guarantee usage of the workshop, you may reserve either the front or back workshop for two hours for a fee of $35 (nonprofit/schools) or $50 (private groups), or both rooms for double the fee. The back workshop has a maximum capacity of 14 people; the front workshop has a maximum capacity of 10 people. If you wish to reserve both rooms, the maximum capacity is 24 people. Conference room rental

SCRAP offers the use of its conference room to local groups and organizations for meetings or small workshops. The conference room is located above the SCRAP store on the second floor of the building.

The conference room comfortably seats six to eight people around a large wooden table and costs $35 (nonprofits/schools) and $50 (private groups) for two hours. Contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 503-294-0769 x6 to reserve the conference room for your group.
