Birthday Parties

SCRAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

Parties at SCRAP are a unique and fun way to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion. All parties include creative reuse projects led by our knowledgeable and artsy staff, festive “forever” decorations, and the use of our well-stocked workshop room for two hours.

SCRAP parties are for 10 people, ages six and older. Parties must be scheduled two weeks in advance—complete the birthday party planning form below to begin the reservation process. Birthday parties

Basic Party for 10 people - $100

Includes: Decorations, two hours in the workshop room, facilitated creative reuse project.

Goodie Bags - $3 per bag

A bag for each party guest, chock-full of fun and silly materials to keep you creating long after the party’s over.

Face Painting - $2 per face

A design on your face with hypoallergenic, high-quality face paint, just like at a carnival or fair.

Cupcakes - $12

A dozen cupcakes decorated to match the birthday person’s interests or party theme.

Festive Party Hats - $2 per hat

Fairy tiaras, felt crowns and pirate bandannas add to the fun—all handcrafted from reused SCRAP materials!

The Works! - Only $175 (Saves about $25)

Everything listed above for 10 guests. (Parents not included in guest count. For ages 6-8, we require a 1:4 child to parent ratio. For ages 9 and up, we require a 1:5 child to parent ratio.)

Additional guests

Each additional guest over 10 guests costs $5 each (for The Works! parties, each additional guest costs $10 each). Parties are capped at 13 guests total due to fire code regulations.
