The official countdown to Halloween has begun, and it’s not too late to get in the pumpkin spirit. Who knew this 80’s fashion trend had endless craft potential? The squishy half circles of fabric make a perfect base for costumes and accessories.  Here are 10 simple examples of how to creatively reuse shoulder pads and those annoying bra pads.
